Longtime Lawyer Retires, Colleague Gets Promotion
While one partner at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder's Connecticut office recently announced his retirement, another local attorney was just promoted to partner.

While one partner at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder's Connecticut office recently announced his retirement, another local attorney was just promoted to partner.
Coleman B. Levy, 76, a partner at Hinckley Allen since 2013, retired from the firm as of Dec. 31. He isn't retiring completely, however. He has set up an office at 15 North Main St., in West Hartford, where he is doing consulting and advisory work for businesses.
“I am changing gears in my life,” Levy said. “I have had an exciting legal career and had a great experience at Hinckley Allen. Now, I am trying something a little different, and plan to spend more time with my wife, children and grandchildren, and more time on the golf course.”
