A Connecticut attorney who wants to freeze $10 million in assets belonging to two men linked to a sex trafficking ring is building his prospective civil case on the state’s racketeering laws.

Joel T. Faxon filed a 58-page document Wednesday asking the Bridgeport Superior Court to implement the freeze. The move is a precursor to a civil suit that will seek damages on behalf of at least two victims.
