An attorney for a Waterbury couple who was injured when rear-ended in a 2013 car accident has settled the case for $390,000.
Hector Maldonado and his companion Maria Alejandro required two surgeries each following the accident in Waterbury in which they were struck by a vehicle driven by Deborah Vitarelli, according to the couple’s attorney, Daniel Petroskey.
