A Waterbury Superior Court jury has awarded a 52-year-old former Coca-Cola deliveryman $855,408 after he suffered injuries in a fall while working in the basement of a Bridgeport eatery.
Waterbury resident Mauricio Boez underwent three back surgeries due to his fall down stairs at Famous Pizza House in July 2010, according to his attorney, Jonathan H. Dodd.
The amended six-page lawsuit was filed April 24.
