Robinson & Cole lawyers Gregory R. Faulkner and Dennis C. Cavanaugh have accepted fellowships with the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). Faulkner is chairman and Cavanaugh is a member of Robinson & Cole's Construction Group.

Faulkner has served as local, national and international counsel in all aspects of construction law for more than 25 years, including selection of project delivery, preparation of bid documents, requests for proposals and qualifications, contract drafting and negotiations. He also handles litigation in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and mediation of all types of disputes. In addition to leading Robinson & Cole's Construction Group, Faulkner is a member of the firm's managing committee and is past president of the Connecticut Building Congress.

Cavanaugh focuses his practice on construction and surety law, including transactional work and litigation. He has more than 35 years of experience handling complex construction matters involving contract procurement, negotiation, financing and commercial-related dispute resolution and litigation. He is a former chairman of Robinson & Cole's Construction Group and the Connecticut Bar Association's Construction Law Section.
