Kaitlin Humble, Monica Mohan, Diane Rojas and Sara Stankus have joined Hinckley, Allen & Snyder.
Humble joins the firm's corporate and business practice in Hartford. Humble's practice focuses on corporate finance and taxation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. Humble was an associate at Halloran & Sage before joining the firm.
