Cramer and Anderson has opened a new Ridgefield office. This location is the firm's sixth in Connecticut, providing legal services to clients in close to 20 practice areas.

Attorneys at the firm noticed clients from Greenwich to Ridgefield showing greater interest in their legal services. They noted in a press release that partner Joshua Weinshank will be at the office full-time, focusing on estate planning, probate and trust administration and elder law. He also was recently named to the finance committee of the Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association (RVNA) and to the board of directors at the Ridgefield Playhouse.

“A large market gap exists in the area of estate planning,” Weinshank said,” adding that the firm wants to ”bring legal services closer to home for the firm's growing roster of clients.”

Joining Weinshank two days a week will be senior partner Ken Taylor. Taylor primarily handles divorce and family law cases, specializing in the collaborative divorce model, real estate law and general litigation.

Weinshank expressed that a large part of the firm's ideology is that the attorneys of Cramer and Anderson should be able to work in the communities in which they live. This connects them with fellow residents and local organizations.

The Ridgefield office will also serve as a resource for practice groups such as real estate litigation, family law, environmental law and corporate law groups. Cramer and Anderson have added several attorneys this past year. Weinshank said the firm is poised for growth and will soon begin to hire attorneys for the new office.

The Ridgefield office was a complete upstart and was chosen partially due to the fact that it is centrally located in town. The 2,000 square-foot space is fully up and functioning. The office is located at 38C Grove Street, Ridgefield, and can be reached by calling 203-894-5947.
