Robinson & Cole Teams Up
With Junior Achievement

A group of lawyers and staff from Hartford's Robinson & Cole helped support Junior Achievement Day recently at the city's Parkville Community School.

Fourteen volunteers from the firm visited about 75 students at the school to teach them JA-developed lessons focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and workforce readiness. Robinson & Cole partner Christine E. Bromberg, a board member of JA of Southwest New England, coordinated the effort. It was the firm's 13th JA-related excursion.

In addition to hands-on activities covering earning and saving money, students learned about financial responsibility, the local economy and how communities work.
