Halloran & Sage Names
Three New Partners
Connecticut's Halloran & Sage has named Jonathan Kelly, Matthew Teich and Brian Tims its newest partners.

Kelly, a member of the litigation and dispute resolution and insurance practice groups, covers automobile, commercial, residential and construction-related personal injury claims, as well as wrongful death and subrogation matters. He received his law degree from St. John's University School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Binghamton University.

Teich handles finance, corporate and commercial real estate for the firm's corporate business and transactions and real estate practice groups, representing lenders in complex commercial lending transactions. He received his law degree from New England School of Law, magna cum laude, and his bachelor's degree from Providence College.

Tims is a member of the firm's litigation and dispute resolution, labor and employment, commercial litigation and criminal defense practice groups. He has been recognized repeatedly as a Rising Star by Connecticut Super Lawyers and was honored as a New Leader of the Law by the Connecticut Law Tribune. He received his law degree with honors from the UConn School of Law and his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the UConn School of Business.

Two Murtha Cullina
Attorneys to Counsel
Murtha Cullina attorneys Brian W. Fischer and Spencer A. Stone, of the firm's business and finance department, have been promoted to counsel.

Fischer's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, corporate governance and commercial agreements in manufacturing, aerospace, health care, technology and other fields. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section. He earned his master's degree in banking and financial law from Boston University School of Law, his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of Miami.

Stone represents clients in real estate, corporate and other commercial transactions, including lenders and borrowers and asset-based financing. He also has significant experience in real estate development, leases, purchases and sales.

Stone is a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts bar associations. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Western New England University School of Law and his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts.
