Tuchmann's practice will focus on representing and advising corporations, boards and individuals on internal investigations, regulatory compliance, criminal defense and related civil and administrative matters, as well as complex litigation.
Tuchmann served for more than a decade as an assistant U.S. attorney, co-heading the FIFA Task Force, supervising cases of fraud, corruption, racketeering and campaign finance offenses. He tried seven cases to jury verdict and argued motions and appeals before the district court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Tuchmann previously worked with Mintz Levin in Boston. He graduated from Columbia College, magna cum laude, and cum laude from Harvard Law School. He clerked for U.S. District Judge Nicholas Garaufis in the Eastern District of New York.
