Lisa Catarino Riccio Joins Hinckley Allen as Partner
Hinckley, Allen & Snyder has announced Lisa Catarino Riccio, formerly of Robinson & Cole, has joined as a partner in the firm's real estate group in Hartford.
A real estate and finance attorney for the past two decades, Riccio has provided strategic counsel to regional and national banks and institutional lenders and investors in commercial loan transactions and other financial matters.
“Lisa is a veteran business and legal counselor who will be a tremendous addition to our Real Estate group,” said David J. Rubin, managing partner at Hinckley Allen. “We pride ourselves in knowing our clients' businesses inside and out, and Lisa's cross-practice expertise will enable us to continue to help our clients achieve their business goals. Her deep roots in the Hartford area will also be an asset for our team and our clients, both locally and throughout the Northeast.”
Zachary Amos Kohl Joins TCORS as Associate
New London's Tobin, Carberry, O'Malley, Riley & Selinger has hired Zachary Amos Kohl as an associate covering administrative law, land use and general litigation.
Kohl is a 2015 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as assistant managing editor for the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and was co-president of the UConn chapter of ACLU-CT.
Before joining TCORS, Kohl worked at Szilagyi & Daly as a litigation associate and clerked for both the Connecticut Appellate Court in Hartford and the Connecticut Superior Court in New London. “We are excited to have Zach join our practice. His experience through his clerkships and previous litigation work will benefit our clients as we move forward in building the next generation of attorneys for our firm,” said Kristin Wainright, TCORS's managing partner.
A resident of New London, Kohl is a cantor and choir member at Saint Mark's Church in Mystic. He also plays with the Thames Baseball Club in New London.
