A 69-year-old Danbury man who injured his eye and left shoulder in a fall on accumulated ice in the parking lot of his apartment complex has settled his lawsuit for $190,000.
The attorney for Andres Reyes settled the case June 25, one week before trial was scheduled in Danbury Superior Court.
