The Connecticut Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Sept. 26 from attorneys for the Sandy Hook shooting victims and right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, as it considers a motion to dismiss the families’ defamation lawsuit against Jones.

The state’s high court will hear 30 minutes of oral arguments from both sides, set to begin at 10 a.m. in the Connecticut Supreme Court building in Hartford.
