Connecticut Movers: Making the Grade at Day Pitney
Day Pitney has hired real estate partner April F. Condon, formerly of Robinson & Cole, and has promoted five attorneys to partner internally, including two in Connecticut.

Day Pitney has kicked off the year with the hire of new real estate partner April F. Condon, formerly of Robinson & Cole, in the firm's Stamford office, along with five firm-wide promotions to partner, including two in Connecticut. In addition to Condon, attorney Christopher A. Klimmek ascended to partner in New Haven, and Rebecca A. Iannantuoni became a partner in the New Haven office.
"April has significant experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions across the country," said Scott Beach, chair of Day Pitney's Corporate and Business Law department. "Her diverse practice and capabilities are an excellent fit for our team and will deepen our service offering to clients. We are excited that she has joined our firm."

Condon focuses on commercial real estate law, handling real estate leasing, sales and acquisitions. She has been involved in hundreds of national lease transactions, representing landlords and tenants, as well as international corporate clients.

Condon received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted in Connecticut and New York and regularly engages in pro bono work, including with Connecticut Legal Service.
|Promoted Partners
Christopher A. "Chris" Klimmek has been promoted to litigation partner in Day Pitney's Hartford office. He practices in the area of complex business disputes and has experience with trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. He has litigated breach of contract, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and a variety of other claims. Klimmek received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
Rebecca A. Iannantuoni has become an individual clients partner in Day Pitney's New Haven office. She represents fiduciaries, handles estate administration, and advises clients on estate planning with a focus on elder law and clients with special needs. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Additional promotions to partner include Eliza Sporn Fromberg and Carl A. Merino in Day Pitney's New York office and Jaclyn O'Leary in the firm's Boston office.
