Connecticut Bar Association Executive Director Keith Soressi, who has headed the 10,000-member organization for the past two and a half years, is now navigating through a period of change. As efforts are being made toward diversity and inclusion, the bar continues to bring more diverse members in top roles.

A West Coast native who lives in Farmington, Soressi has had high-level roles in prior positions with the New York State and Nassau County bar associations. In Connecticut, he has overeen several initiatives, including launching a speaker series on racial equality that began just last month.
