It's not clear who struck Enrique McCalla, knocking him unconscious while he was walking in a Bridgeport intersection.
But his lawyer was adamant about two things: getting the limit on McCalla's automobile insurance policy, and pursuing payment from the company that insured the suspect's vehicle.
