A federal judge has denied the town of Enfield’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit from a former Board of Education member who claimed the board failed to accommodate her disabilities.

In his 15-page ruling handed down Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Michael Shea said the town and Board of Education—both defendants in the December 2019 lawsuit—had failed to make its case for dismissing the suit. The suit now continues in federal court.
