Plaintiffs counsel Nate Nasser went to trial with mother-and-daughter clients injured in a car accident, but he faced a biomechanical defense expert who claimed that based on his analysis of the rear-end collision the women could not have been injured from the crash.

Nasser, a partner with Ventura Law in Bridgeport, said considering the damage to the plaintiffs’ car and the medical reports of his clients, the defense expert’s analysis of the two-car accident was way off. But, Nasser said, to cement his case he decided to have his clients speak in front of Danbury Superior Court Judge Ronald Kowalski.
