Former Hartford Police Chief David Rosado has joined the attorney ranks at Hartford law firm Rose Kallor to work with clients in the public and private sectors on compliance with state laws including Connecticut’s recently passed police accountability law.

The former chief, who has also served as a lieutenant colonel and in internal affairs positions during his two decades with the Connecticut State Police, resigned from the Hartford Police last year after nearly a year and a half on the job to work in the private sector, including as chief security and operating officer at SpaceFitters, a technology and logistics services company in Bloomfield. He and Rose Kallor managing partner Mike Rose said this week that this new job is a good fit, drawing on extensive experience in law enforcement.
