Plaintiff counsel James Harrington said his client—who was injured in a fall at Foxwoods Resort Casino—was his star witness against the state’s largest gambling and entertainment complex.

Defense counsel was arguing that Harrington’s 73-year-old client, South Carolina resident Yvonne Jones, was negligent. They claimed she was responsible for her own fall and should have seen a recessed portion of the casino floor.
