A Connecticut-based client of a Rhode Island law firm has filed suit claiming the law firm engaged in fraud, and gave him misleading and inaccurate advice in an investment lawsuit, which culminated with the plaintiff losing two court rulings.

Plaintiff Aashish Kalra had hired Adler Pollock & Sheehan and attorney Michael Gilleran to represent him and his company against former business partner Rashkitt Chugh. Gilleran no longer works for Adler Pollock.
