Already charged with theft of more than $260,000, the attorney has been arrested again. The charges this time include forgery and identity theft.

The former counsel for Connecticut Senate Republicans, already charged with the alleged theft of more than $260,000 from a GOP political action committee, was arrested again Thursday on two warrants charging him with several unrelated offenses.
