Attorney Melanie Dykas—who has worked at three large law firms in the past 10 years—has been hired as the chief state’s attorneys legislative liaison, and will be tasked with lobbying legislators in 2021 to sign off on proposals related to Internet stalking, bail reform and stronger measures to prosecute hate crimes.
