Jury selection for criminal trials will begin Nov. 2 in federal court in Connecticut.
But COVID-19 has forced court administrators to make numerous changes affecting jury selection and who can watch the trials, according to Chief Judge Stefan Underhill of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
