JA’s programs foster work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills for students in grades K-12, using experiential learning to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. The organization serves 50,000 students each year. Its board comprises business and community leaders from diverse professional backgrounds.
