International law firm Withers Bergman has announced that Marissa Dungey, a partner in the firm’s private client and tax team, has been elected as a Fellow by the Board of Regents of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

The ACTEC Fellow membership is given to lawyers and law professors internationally who display an outstanding reputation, exceptional skill and substantial contributions to the field of trust and estate law. The membership aims to highlight individuals who improve and reform probate, trust and tax laws, procedures and professional responsibility.
