Unions representing about 4,000 Connecticut Judicial Branch employees claim courthouse officials are encouraging inaccurate reporting related to the contact tracing of individuals who might have COVID-19.

The union leadership sent a three-page letter to Chief Court Administrator Patrick Carroll III and Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Robinson. In it, they asked for a meeting with Carroll and Robinson to discuss safety concerns in the state’s 13 courthouses, amid a spike in coronavirus cases.
