Listing off the defendant’s many assets helped plaintiffs counsel Brooke Goff secure a $200,000 settlement—four times what the insurance carrier had offered—for her client whose eyebrows split open in a two-car crash.
Goff, owner of Goff Law Group in West Hartford, made it clear from the beginning that the $50,000 offer for client Emily Chaplin wasn’t acceptable.
