Labor and employment firm Jackson Lewis has announced attorney Allison P. Dearington has been elevated to principal in the firm’s Hartford office.

Focused on employment litigation including class and collective action defense and preventive counseling, Dearington represents employers in state and federal courts, as well as before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in arbitration. She defends employment claims ranging from discrimination and harassment to wage and hour violations and employee rights.
