Partnering with the lawyer representing the third driver in a three-car wreck helped plaintiffs attorney James Walker secure a $200,000 settlement for his client and her three children, who were all injured in the smashup.
“It’s unusual, and you don’t see it a lot, but I teamed up with attorney Frank McCoy and ignored the fact that you don’t see lawyers doing what we did. We knew we had more power together,” said Walker, principal of Walker Injury Law in Enfield.
