Photos of a hole in a concrete walkway where Tamsin Maynard fell outside her new rental property was all the evidence her attorney Brooke Goff needed to seal the deal for $150,000.
In a case where photos were really worth $150,000, Goff, principal at Goff Law Group in West Hartford, said there was no case without those photos. And she had plenty of them.
