As Connecticut gears up for jury trials to kick off in federal and state court, there's a question on whether jury pools will be representative of the populations of each community.
Some attorneys are raising the question because research has shown communities of color aren't getting vaccinated at nearly the rate of their white counterparts. And some attorneys wonder how this might play out come time to pick a jury.
