Things certainly have changed during the past 12 months. We are one year and counting into the pandemic, and so much is still topsy-turvy: businesses have closed, schools have been restricted to distance learning and Zoom has become a household word.

Nor has the world of ADR been spared from significant impact. One area warrants particular mention : Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and virtual ADR processes conducted remotely through an ever-expanding series of sophisticated platforms.
