A grievance panel has dismissed a complaint that a Hartford law firm leveled against a former associate, accused him of improperly luring clients to a new firm.

In its April 30 ruling in favor of attorney Alex Sarris, the Fairfield Judicial District Grievance Panel said Sarris did not violate Rules of Professional Conduct in his move from Cicchiello & Cicchiello to Middletown law firm Dzialo, Pickett & Allen.
