As the first woman of color to become a partner at Murtha Cullina, Taruna Garg says she knows all too well that diversity and inclusion in law firms in Connecticut and throughout the country is still a work in progress.

Garg, who was born in India and raised in Queens, New York, has a wide area of specialties that include banking, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, business litigation, probate and trust dispute resolutions, and tort and product liability.
