Cicchiello & Cicchiello, the Hartford firm that claims a former associate poached clients from its workers’ compensation practice, will get to keep its attorney on the matter, a Superior Court judge has ruled.

On March 1, New London attorney Michael Bonnano, who represents the defendant law firm Dzialo, Pickett & Allen, filed a motion to disqualify Lawrence Connelli from representing the Cicchiello firm.
