On Monday, April 26, 2021, the Connecticut Supreme Court returned to in-person oral arguments. The Appellate Court soon followed. These are welcome developments and hopefully presage a return to in-person proceedings throughout the court system.

But a funny thing happened with the return to in-person hearings. The live-streaming of arguments, which had been provided when arguments were being held remotely, was no longer offered. Instead, limited seating was available for parties or those interested in attending.
