A defendant’s own words—via her Facebook posts, plus her actions and comments she allegedly made to her attending physician following a two-car accident—helped a Middlebury attorney secure a $100,000 settlement for his client.
Anthony Minchella, attorney for plaintiff Gregory Tesch, said it was defendant Stefani Horelick’s own words that made his case.
