Remembered as a good friend, writer of prolific legal opinions and for having a passion for golf and politics, Superior Court Judge Richard Arnold has died.
Arnold passed away on June 1. He lived in Orange. He died of a heart attack, but was also battling pancreatic cancer. He was 72.
