It was the testimony via Zoom from the victim of a two-car crash—who suffered mild traumatic brain injury—and her neurologist that helped sway arbitrator Rick Renehan to award $337,582 in damages, according to plaintiff counsel Jessica Ayala of Carter Mario Law Firm.

The testimony of both individuals was powerful, truthful and detailed, Ayala said.
