A Connecticut Superior Court judge has issued a one-page ruling in which he limits how a plaintiffs lawyer in a potential class action can use Facebook to reach out to possible class members.

And New York attorney Seth Lesser, who isn’t involved in the litigation, said Thursday that Hartford Superior Court Judge Thomas Moukawsher’s ruling “infringes on plaintiff counsel’s ability to find other witnesses and his free right to solicit.”
