With the COVID-19 positivity rate in the Nutmeg State spiking to more than 3% and fears of the delta variant forcing the federal courts to now mandate that both vaccinated and unvaccinated visitors wear masks, Connecticut attorneys discussed their fears, angst and views on what should be done in the courts to alleviate the fears of many in the state.

They also had concerns about how the state Judicial Branch was communicating with attorneys and on Connecticut’s practice with holding most criminal matters in-person, as opposed to remotely.
