In a medical malpractice case that hinged on allegations that the trial court abused it discretion in repeatedly sustaining objections from defense counsel toward a plaintiff witness, the Connecticut Appellate Court has affirmed a lower court’s ruling that came down on the side of defendant Jefferson Radiology.

But the appellate attorney representing plaintiff Ronna-Marie Guiliano said the defense counsel “took advantage of the inexperience of both the judge and plaintiff attorney.”
