The Xerox Corporation was hit with an ERISA class-action lawsuit Wednesday in Connecticut District Court. The suit, filed by attorneys from Garrison Levin-Epstein Fitzgerald & Pirrotti and Nichols Kaster on behalf of three employees, accuses Xerox of breaching its fiduciary duties by failing to properly monitor the recordkeeping expenses of the Xerox Corporation Savings Plan, a defined contribution plan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.

The case is 3:21-cv-01085, Carrigan v. Xerox Corporation.
