Neubert, Pepe & Monteith Welcomes Patrick Linsey
The New Haven office of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith has added expanded its bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice with the addition of Patrick R. Linsey to its ranks.
Linsey handles bankruptcy matters, workouts, commercial disputes and distressed asset transactions, representing debtors in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganizations, regularly appearing in state and federal courts.
"Pat is an accomplished creditors' rights and commercial litigator, helping clients navigate complex issues," said Neubert managing partner Doug Skalka. "We are thrilled that he has joined our growing bankruptcy and litigation team."
