Former Connecticut Supreme Court Chief Justice and current Day Pitney partner Chase Rogers sees laws requiring more transparency on the part of employers as a big litigation trend today.

Asked in an interview about the trends she is seeing, Rogers responded: “Laws requiring more transparency on the part of employers such as the equal pay law recently passed in Connecticut that requires employers to provide the ‘wage range’ for both prospective and current employees’ positions.”
