As Connecticut’s COVID-19 positivity rate continues to hover around 3%—almost tripled what it was in May—and businesses worry about the effect of the delta variant, law firms are revisiting their work protocols.

Some are reintroducing mask mandates for all employees, while others have pushed back when they plan to bring most of their staff back to the office. There is also a difference of opinion on mandating vaccinations.
