Counsel at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Walmart and other defendants to Connecticut District Court. The suit was filed by Goff Law on behalf of Judith Archer, a customer who slipped and fell while shopping at the company’s 650 Main Ave., Norwalk location. Archer’s lawsuit seeks compensation in excess of $15,000.

The case is 3:21-cv-01138, Archer v. Walmart, Inc. et al.
