Lawyers who have made seemingly false statements on the national stage regarding the 2020 election should face the same repercussions lawyers would in any other case.

CommentaryFor lawyers who are careful and cautious to investigate before filing a lawsuit—in other words, almost anyone—it's been a mystery how so many lawyers could make so many outlandish and uncorroborated allegations about the 2020 presidential election without repercussions. As it turns out, they can't.
