A suspended Wethersfield attorney has—for the third time in his career—either pleaded guilty to or was convicted in federal court of fraud-related charges.

This time around, 60-year-old Mark Pagani waived his right to be indicted, and pleaded guilty to one count of fraud and one count of tax evasion stemming from an investment scheme with another man.
